Shipping Policy

Order Processing

  • All items are made-to-order via our print-on-demand partners
  • Allow 2–6 business days for production prior to shipping

Shipping Timeframes

Australia (AU Fulfillment)

  • Standard: 3–9 business days
  • Express: 1–5 business days

USA to Australia (US Fulfillment)

  • Standard: Up to 20 business days

Shipping Costs

  • Standard AU: $10.30
  • Express AU: $12.00–$14.40
  • NZ: $15 (AusPost), $25 (DHL Express)
  • International: From $20 AUD (rates vary by country)
  • Lanyards, wristbands & cards may have separate shipping costs

Order Tracking

  • You’ll receive a tracking number via email
  • Please check your spam folder if it doesn’t arrive

Important Notes

  • We are not responsible for delays caused by Australia Post, customs, or global logistics
  • Shipping costs are non-refundable
  • Once items are dispatched, we cannot alter or cancel the order

Refund & Return Policy

We offer a 14-day return policy for store credit or replacement only.

To be eligible:

  • Item must be unworn, unwashed, and in original condition with tags
  • Proof of purchase is required
  • Returns must be initiated within 14 days of receiving your order

We do not offer refunds for:

  • Change of mind
  • Incorrect sizing
  • Slight colour variation due to screen differences or lighting

Process:

  1. Email us at ihaveahiddendisability@gmail.com with your order number and photos
  2. If accepted, we’ll send return instructions and a prepaid label
  3. Send the item to: 139 Gould Hill Road, Veresdale QLD 4285

Returns sent without approval will not be accepted. If your return doesn’t meet our requirements, it may be returned at your cost.

Damaged or Incorrect Items

Inspect your items on arrival. If damaged or incorrect, contact us immediately at ihaveahiddendisability@gmail.com with photos and order details.

Sale items and gift cards are final sale and not returnable.


Privacy Policy

We are committed to protecting your privacy in line with the Privacy Act 1988 (Cth).

What We Collect:

  • Name, email, address, phone number
  • Order/payment info (not stored by us – processed via secure gateways)

Dispute Resolution Policy

How to Raise a Dispute:

Include your order number, a brief description of the issue, and any relevant images. We will acknowledge receipt of your concern within 2 business days.

Resolution Timeline:

We aim to resolve all disputes within 7 business days. Where needed, we may offer:

  • A replacement
  • A store credit
  • Clarification of our policy terms

If the dispute involves Afterpay, you will also need to contact Afterpay directly through your account dashboard or at afterpay.com/contact. We are not responsible for payment arrangements, approvals, or schedules managed by Afterpay.

3. Pricing

  • All prices are in AUD and include GST unless stated otherwise
  • Prices may change without notice

4. Orders

  • Orders are confirmed via email
  • Changes must be requested within 1 hour
  • Once orders are in production, changes may not be possible

5. Liability

We are not liable for:

  • Delays caused by shipping providers
  • Missed deadlines due to incorrect information
  • Afterpay decisions or issues

Our maximum liability is limited to the price paid for the item in question.

6. Governing Law

These terms are governed by the laws of Queensland, Australia.
